Manufacturing:
In the process of transforming the designs through finished products, casting of metal is the step. Casting is improving by high graded brass (DCB 2 OF IS 1264 OR DIN FOOD GRADE) to ensure for better casting we are transfer our manual casting to semi automatic casting.
The machining of casting is carried out on semi automatic precision machines; our modern single roof manufacturing facility includes semi-automatic polishing to ensure extra smooth finishes on metal surfaces.
Electroplating plant ensure durable and shining ni-cr plating. The latest chemical coating plant has the advantage of attractive colors with long lasting finish.
